The demands of TV schedulers are such that they put together programme showing people how to make a lot of cash from properties.
There was one such programme on the other evening – Can’t recall what it was called….
It was showing the two sides of the game of making money with property – firstly from the perspective of the couple who had mortgaged themselves to the hilt in the buy to let boom and were now in trouble – and the other perspective of the guy who had bought carefully – and sold out before the market dipped
If you were looking for someone to teach you about making some cash with property – who would you listen to? The ones who had failed or the one who had made Millions in cash through doing it right?
When I first learned this business, I sought out the people who had actually done it for themselves first – the rich and successful people who had achieved what I wanted to achieve.
That’s who taught me the business. And I would suggest you should do the same.
If you want to learn how to do something seek out the people who have already succeeded at it. Don’t; seek out ‘the bloke down the pub’ who will give you the benefit if his opinion on the subject
Find yourself a mentor and learn from him or her.
