The great majority of individuals who buy the magazines … who read the books and watch the programmes … will NEVER even take that first step to buying a property abroad.
It will forever be nothing more than a dream for them…
They may desire a better quality of life … they may dream about starting a brand new and exciting life in New Zealand for instance, but what do they actually ever do to make that dream a reality.
Even if they have the money, still most people do nothing. They can’t get past the ‘boring’ bits of dealing with solicitors, immigration application etc.
Yet to make a dream move to New Zealand they have to go through a series of small steps. They have to at least begin to contact estate agents in New Zealand … to apply for immigration, or at least know the requirements … in short, they have to get the wheels in motion.
To go from where they are now to waking up each morning to a stunning vista like the one in the photo above for instance, is solely achieved by taking a series of seemingly small and minor steps.
Steps which in the most part are pretty mundane and uninspiring on their own…
