Cash on Demand Bootcamp gets BUSINESS EVENT OF THE YEAR AWARD

The 2010 Visit London Awards has named ‘The Entrepreneurs Bootcamp, held at the O2 Arena, London, as a prize winner for ‘Business Event of the Year’

Picking up the Award at the celebrity bash, hosted at the unique Bloomsbury Big Top Venue, was Andrew Reynolds, who organised ‘The Entrepreneurs Bootcamp.

The Entrepreneurs Bootcamp was a 2 day event and attended by 8,000 students of Andrew Reynolds Cash On Demand course, on each day and featured 12 internationally acclaimed Business Speakers from the UK, USA, Australia and Singapore. The Andrew Reynolds Cash On Demand  Bootcamp event featured a 35m x 12m projection screen that at the time was the biggest screen ever to be used in an indoor arena event in Europe.

Finalists and other prize winners competing for the awards included Peugeot for their RCZ launch, BT Wholesale and the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson for his launch of London’s new ICC at the Excel Centre.

On winning the Silver Medal for the Andrew Reynolds Cash On Demand Bootcamp Event, Mr Reynolds said, ‘Given the competition from some very large organisations, it is a great honour to be awarded a prize for this category. To be recognised as one of the top two Business events in London is a massive achievement. The whole team worked so hard to ensure the events success and in particular the team at Smyle who worked tirelessly to bring everything together.’

Smyle’s Managing Director Rick Stainton added, ‘As part of the voting process for the award many of Andrew Reynolds Cash On Demand students who attended the Entrepreneurs Bootcamp logged onto the C&IT website and left hundreds of heartfelt comments about how the Bootcamp event had had such a massive positive impact on them.’

The Awards ceremony was entertained by a host of stars including Alesha Dixon, who not only performed but also presented the Sound of London award. Tiggy also picked up an outstanding achievement award and Mica Paris impromptly jumped up on stage to join the London Community Gospel Choir for an emotionally charged performance.
